I feel that it is a very good way to bring Kolkata into the limelight of
International Business. The people were friendly and the exhibitors very
enthusiastic to get business. The air conditioners needed to be improved
though. The delegates were given good opportunities to network. The food
was good too.
We visited not less than 20 exhibitors and delegates relevant to our
business.
Yes, signed an MOU with an Indian Education Group called Techno India
Group to represent us in India especially in the North Eastern Regions
and Bangladesh. We went to their office and even showed our system to
all their technical staffs on our project. We hope to create an
Education hub in Kolkata and even develop contents for global exports We
shall be collaborating with this Indian company to provide a unique
solution for India which no other company can do so... to close the
digital divides of India without the need for broadband.
With India's good English based education and cost effective labour,
Kolkata would be a good base to set up to produce contents for our other
overseas distributors. In fact if West Bengal provides good tax benefits
we would consider seriously to set up base there.
We managed to get interests of other foreign delegates to our solutions
and this IndiaSoft2009 is our big break. We would have missed these
opportunities if we had not attended - thanks to the organisers and we
would strongly recommend other companies to attend future Indiasoft
events. Top

Indiasoft 2009 was I huge success for my company. I saw very innovative
products and services which our company will take advantage of.
Developing countries like Ghana where our company operating from is not
into serious IT Research and Development and have to rely on already
made solutions. Indiasoft 2009 has offered us (Those of us from Africa)
the opportunity to see these products and services.
I visited all stands at the exhibition. I also visited Simoco system
office where I bought sample products (Mobile) to try them in Ghana and
if the market accepts it I will be the distributor in Ghana.
I reached agreement with a number of companies to be their agent in
Ghana subject to product furthers understanding. Also I bought sample
mobile from Simoco which I will first try them in Ghana and if the
market accepts it I will be the distributor in Ghana.
List of companies for which we discussing for contract.
Simoco System
Neveaeh Technology PVT. Ltd
Intellisys Technologies

GD Websolution ltd

Sascon private LTD
I reached agreement with a number of
companies to be their agent in Ghana subject to product furthers
understanding. I did not get full understanding of the products. To get
clearer understanding of how the product works furthers the companies
will send me presentation with some input interfaces, reporting
interfaces and others, after which agreement will be signed. Also I
bought sample mobile from Simoco which I will first try them in Ghana
and if the market accepts it I will be the distributor in Ghana.
The event was very helpful generally. The organizer did very well. My
comment will be how the companies presented their products. It would
have been better if they had presentation on various interfaces
indicating how the program. Just mention Audit management software is
not enough. One needs to know what Audit management software does. Top

Indiasoft 2009 was very interesting. It is a global event in that
participants came from all over the globe to attend the conference and
explore the technological opportunities that are already alive in India
I visited 30 companies but with intense discussions with 20
I plan to sign working agreements with WebCom India & Centre for
Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC)
My purpose of coming to Indiasoft 2009 was to work hard with desirous
companies to extend their activities to West Africa. I really
appreciated the opportunity offered by ESC to visit Indiasoft 2009 to
meet companies of such intentions. Top

INDIASOFT 2009- It was exceptional, high quality exposition that
provided very interactive session.
We visited all exhibitors but had fruitful and focused discussion with 6
firms.
We have signed agreement with CDAC. We intend to pursuing possible
agreements (after preparation of specification and other details) with
Ideation,Q3 and Datacore.
CDAC is already developing something for us and we are negotiating
others. The focus now is on software. It will be good to include
Hardware component . This will give one stop shop facility in ICT. Top

INDIASOFT 2009 was a very interesting event, to explorer to that level.
Botswana is a developing country and to find such a technology and
introduce it to your country is a good thing for the Country and for the
company itself. Top
