ISS is Channel partner of Wipro
Limited and is currently providing service all the North Eastern states.
ISS has got about 80 engineers posted across the North Eastern Regions.
In Assam engineers are posted in all the district headquarters. Due to
this, ISS is equipped to handle large projects spread across Assam. ISS
is also sales partner of Wipro and Sun Microsystems in North East India.
Automation of P&D Dept : ISS has developed software for P&D Deptt.,
Govt. of Assam involving the budgetary monitoring, file tracking system,
preparation of budget etc. The order was received from AMTRON, It also
involved supply of servers & desktops. The software was developed using
open source platform of Linux, Apache, PHP & My SQL
Library Automation at Gauhati Medical College : ISS has
implemented open source software Greenstone for digitization of the
library on behalf of AMTRON and KOHA for library automation. Besides, it
has carried out the scanning and cataloging of the books in the library.
ISS has also supplied and installed the hardware for the project.
eDistrict Project : ISS has received the order for the
implementation of the prestigious eDistrict project of Govt. of Assam in
Goalpara & Sonitpur districts. It is planned to complete the
implementation of the project within 31/3/2009 within 3 months of
receipt of the order. ISS is executing this order in partnership with
Medha Servo Ltd., Hyderabad. The project involves development and
maintenance of software for delivering G2C services.
